Updating Parent Information in COMPASS  

Parents can update their email address or mobile phone number when they first log in or by navigating to the Tools menu (the cog icon, next to the parent name in the top right corner) and selecting 'Update my Details' from the drop-down menu.

You may have noticed that messages/notifications will disappear from your Compass dashboard. Unlike Schoolzine, notifications are scheduled for a specific time frame and will be removed from your feed once they reach their end date, so they don't clog up your feed. School staff will try to ensure the notifications are visible for as long as required, according to the subject matter.
