Congratulations to all students who received the sacrament of Confirmation last week.
Come Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful and kindle in them the fire of your love. Send forth your Spirit and they shall be created. And You shall renew the face of the earth.
O, God, who by the light of the Holy Spirit, did instruct the hearts of the faithful, grant that by the same Holy Spirit we may be truly wise and ever enjoy His consolations, Through Christ Our Lord.

St Vincent de Paul Winter Appeal
This year St Clare of Assisi will again be supporting our local Vinnie’s Chapter during their Winter Appeal. As in past years we are calling for your generous support to help provide donations of winter woollies to help out families and individuals within our community who are doing it tough at the moment.
On Thursday 4 July a member of our local Vinnie chapter will be visiting our school and collecting our donations. We ask that families donate any of the following items:

Packet and tinned soup Savoury and sweet biscuits Tinned salmon, tuna, baked beans Packets of microwave pasta and rice Tinned fruit and vegetables, spaghetti Tinned fruit and long life custard Tea and coffee |
If you wish to give other than these suggestions such as blankets, scarves, beanies, gloves, other food items etc. all donations will be greatly appreciated!

COMMITMENT SUNDAY FOR FIRST EUCHARIST:
At one of the following four Masses, both you and your child will be called to make a commitment to the program of preparation and to seek the prayerful support of the parish community.
You may attend any Mass that suits your family.
6pm Saturday 22 June and 10am Sunday 23 June
6pm Saturday 29 June and 10am Sunday 30 June
