The SCA Community Council met virtually in Week Three to discuss a number of exciting things that are happening here at SCA.  We thought that now, as we continue to maintain a social distance from the school, was a great opportunity to reach into our Parent and Carer community to give you a snap shot of what we do as your Community Council. 

The Community Council meets twice every term, in Week 3 and Week 8 and discusses regular agenda items such as the school finances, the Principal’s report and OSHC updates.  Over the past year we have seen many changes and impacts to our school community that has seen us discuss many things which are new to us as well.  The most exciting discussion that has been on our agenda for a little while now is the Master Plan.  Mr E will talk to this in coming weeks so look out for a Facebook post, and more in future newsletters, showing you where SCA is hoping to head in the future.

As parents, teachers and executive staff we see it as our pleasure to serve on the Community Council.  If you have anything that you think should be bought to the Community Council’s attention, then please don’t hesitate to reach out!
