Reconciliation Reminders
Celebration of the Sacrament of Reconciliation

Reconciliation Retreat Day
Yesterday the Year Three students participated in the Reconciliation Retreat Day. This retreat day is an integral part of the students' preparation for celebrating the sacrament. The day was a worthwhile experience for all students, regardless if they are preparing to celebrate the sacrament or not. The students participated in activities such as making their stole that will be part of their three sacraments celebrated during Primary School, creating artwork that is displayed in the school entrance, learning about different parts of the church, a reflection run by high school students from St Clare’s College, creating artworks that will be displayed in the church, guided meditation and a rehearsal of the sacrament.
Archbishop Pastoral Visitation and Parish Expo
The Archbishop Pastoral Visitation and Parish Expo will be held this Friday 8th, Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th November. Archbishop Christopher will be leading a half day retreat on Saturday 9th November from 9am to 12.30pm at Sacred Heart Church Calwell. This is a great opportunity to listen and pray together with our Archbishop. Father James extends an invitation to all members of our parish family to make time to be part of this great experience please contact the Parish Centre.
Our Parish Expo will be in Holy Family Church foyer from 5pm on Saturday until after Sunday 6pm Mass. Group members will be available before and after each Mass on the weekend. The Hospitality Group will be providing wine and cheese after the evening Masses and morning tea after the 8am and 10am Masses.
