A Blessing Prayer for Father’s Day

Lord God, who is Father of all,

send your blessing down on these men who are fathers.

For those who in the night worry for their child,

grant them your comfort.

For those who in the day work and struggle to provide for their child,

send them your strength.

For those who mourn a child,

hold them in your love.

For those who play, laugh, sing and dance with their child,

you share in their joy.

Lord God, who is Father of all,

walk with these fathers, in the light times and the dark.

Bless them, and may they each be a living symbol of your fatherly love;

a symbol to their children and all who they encounter.

We make this prayer through Christ our Lord.

Amen.

Eucharist Home Session 3 

Home Session 3 was sent to all families last Friday. These sessions are a key part of preparing your child for their First Communion. We appreciate those who have finished and submitted the activities. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact the Parish Sacramental Coordinator.

Retreat Day – Thursday, August 29th 

Our Year 5 students will have a Retreat Day at Holy Family Church this Thursday. This special day is designed to help them deepen their understanding of the Sacrament of the Eucharist. We are also excited to have students and staff from St Mary MacKillop College join us in supporting this event.

First Eucharist Masses – 14th and 15^th September 

We are looking forward to celebrating the First Eucharist with our students on the weekend of September 14th and 15th. We warmly invite all members of our school community to join us in celebrating this significant milestone.
