The "Seasons for Growth" program is well known and widely acclaimed in schools. I am presenting the ADULT version, which will be helpful to the parents and carers.

This program starts 29 July and runs for 4 Monday afternoons (finishing in time for school pickup) at Gordon Community Centre.
