On behalf of the Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia, it is our great pleasure to invite students who are learning Bahasa Indonesia at your school to attend the 74th Indonesian Independence Day Flag Raising Ceremony to commemorate the 74th Anniversary of the Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia.  This ceremony which will be held at the Embassy of Indonesia, 8 Darwin Avenue, Yarralumla ACT 2600 on Saturday, 17 August 2019 at 9:15am.

I kindly suggest students arrive 15 minutes before the Ceremony commences as the gate will be closed to sterilize the ceremony area.  After the ceremony, there will be Indonesian music bank performance and Tumpengan Ceremony.  You are very welcome to stay and join until the rest of the event.
