Illuminate Gathering

This Friday our Year 6 Faith Leaders are participating in an Illuminate gathering at Good Shepherd Primary School Amaroo. Illuminate is a gathering for Year 6 students in Youth Ministry teams in their schools across the Canberra/Goulburn Archdiocese. It is a great opportunity for the students to celebrate faith together, through a variety of talks, drama, testimony and other faith-based activity stations. Illuminate is also a great opportunity for young people across the Archdiocese to come together, be encouraged and learn from each other as well as build relationships outside of their school community. We pray for a successful day for all involved.

Reconciliation

Today our Year 4 students are participating in their Reconciliation Retreat Day at Holy Family Church. The students and teachers are enjoying a variety of experiences that will enhance their understanding of the sacrament of Reconciliation. The day is being led by Mrs Anne Gowen, our Parish Sacramental Coordinator. All students are participating in the retreat today.
