Reconciliation

Next week the parish is holding Parent and Child sessions for those families who have their child enrolled to celebrate the sacrament of Reconciliation. Attending one of these sessions is a requirement from the parish. You can attend on either Wednesday 16^th or Thursday 16^th November at 6:30pm. This session is for parents/carers and their child.

Year 5 Alpha program

This Thursday 10th November our Year 5 students have the wonderful opportunity to participate in a mini Retreat Day with our faith leader Osley and Christopher Gilroy, who is the Youth Ministry Development Officer for our archdiocese.

Christopher and Osley will lead the students through what is called an Alpha program, where participants listen to and respond to the Gospel and participate in a variety of faith activities. The program complements the work currently being undertaken in the Year 5 Religious Education classes.

Remembrance Day

On Friday we celebrate Remembrance Day. Our Year 6 students and teachers will be leading us through a liturgy to pay our respects and pray for those who sacrificed their lives so that we may continue to live in peace and freedom today. Lest we forget.
