SYSTEMIC FEE FORM 2023

Dear Parents,

A sibling discount of 20% will apply next year to the CEO Tuition Fee for the eldest child attending an ACT systemic* primary school where they have an older sibling in a systemic secondary school.

I would ask that all relevant families complete the form below detailing how many students you will have enrolled in systemic secondary and primary schools in 2023. This is to ensure that families are correctly billed the CEO Tuition fee across the Archdiocese. This will also be used to determine where the building fund contribution will be billed.

Families with Year 6 children and no siblings at a primary school DO NOT need to fill in this information. This form is essential for our accounting system to function correctly and ask that you complete the slip and return to the front office asap.
